About Our Founder
After a successful career as a technology salesperson and
sales manager, Jim McGillis became an executive recruiter
in 1995. After seven years with one of the top recruiting
agencies in the country, Jim stepped out to found MedIT
Search. The core business at MedIT Search is and always
will be executive recruiting, dedicated to the placement
of qualified candidates in the medical device industry.
Combining his skills in recruiting and technical writing,
Jim recently expanded the recruiting practice at MedIT Search
to include coaching of individual candidates. Our new Candidate
Training program consists of a series of candidate-focused
eBooks, plus one-on-one discussions between Jim and the
candidate. This interactive combination of training methods
is the quickest and most effective way for Jim to help candidates
achieve their next-step career goals.
